Despite today's volatile economic climate, the Consumer and Business Services industry is poised to grow exponentially over the next five years as savvy companies have begun to find ways to cut-costs and streamline processes.
While ad spending experienced a sharp decline in 2009, an estimated 6.6% to 15% following a difficult 2008, Magna forecasts that global revenues will reach $380 billion in 2010. In addition, global consulting revenues will reach about $345 billion in 2010 according to Plunkett Research and accounting services will generate another $119.7 billion this year.
Challenge
The Consumer and Business Services industry is possibly more diverse than any other industry, and therefore faces the widest variety of challenges.
